I was truly impressed with Livorno Taxi when they greeted me, a Korean traveler who had just arrived at the Livorno port without any knowledge of Italian. My driver was extremely welcoming and communicated with me in English, which put me at ease right away. They helped me with my luggage and made sure I was comfortable in the car.
